Shipping Policy

1. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Production Time

Since these products are made to order, they require a production period of 3–4 days before they are shipped.

2. DELIVERY TIME

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information. Your tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided when placing your order. If you cannot find the shipping confirmation email, please check your junk/spam folder.

We are not liable for any losses resulting from natural disasters (including, but not limited to, floods, fires, or hurricanes), terrorist attacks or threats of terrorism, customs or postal strikes, civil unrest, riots, invasions, extreme weather conditions, or failures in telecommunication networks.

Orders destined for Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam, and Alaska cannot be delivered via express shipping.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is free. Customers are responsible for any reshipping costs incurred if a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address or contact information.

If you refuse to accept delivery of your items, the courier may return them to Marssirace. In such cases, you will be refunded the cost of your order once the items arrive back at our facility; however, the shipping fee will not be refunded, as that portion of the service has already been fulfilled.
